He was born in Rennes, France, in 1870, and died in 1924. He started training at the Academie Julian in Paris, where he spent 1889 through 1895. He had a lot of teachers there, including Gabriel Ferrier, and Tony Robert-Fluery. Tony Robert Fluery was a noted history and genre artist. Gabriel Farrel, on the other hand, had been an awarded Prix de Rome. Stanislav Feikl
(November 12, 1883-January 7, 1933) was a Czech painter. He studied at the School of Applied Arts and at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts. For inspiration, he toured Russia, Turkey, Dalmatia and northern Italy. He is known for his pictures of old Prague, rural areas and portraits of women, including naked. He painted impressionist paintings.
